This is actually
Static's character who was named Gentle Lugia (aka GL).
I decided, because Static is currently a Zapdos, a stormy scene would be nice to put him in.
22 layers, many hours of work, probably 10+ but I'm pleased with the anatomy ^v^ it took me forever to perfect.
