EDITED: I got GL's reference now.

This is actually :icongentle-lugia: Static's character who was named Gentle Lugia (aka GL).
I decided, because Static is currently a Zapdos, a stormy scene would be nice to put him in.
22 layers, many hours of work, probably 10+ but I'm pleased with the anatomy ^v^ it took me forever to perfect.

What I like most to draw is four legged animals. But I will slowly to learn to concept anthro.
