Well, my friend Silverflame just randomly asked if I felt like sketching, so I gave it a shot. Then decided to outline it, then ended up colouring it O_o
I've been trying to practice on the ocean anyway for a commision I'm also working on. So Fox, please don't be too alarmed! ^^;

Anyway this is Lugia being his typical 'big headed' self. 'I LOVE TO COMMAND THE OCEAN!!!! I CAN MAKE IT DO WHAT I WANT WITH A FLICK OF MY WING!!!!' Look at him. Just look at his smug face!!
I love him though! :D

Lol! He does look smug! This is beautiful the ocean is marvelous, I looked at it before reading the description and I could tell he was making the ocean swell up and create a wave! Awsome :D
