IT CAME OUT OF NOWHERE! I SWEAR!!! I was just doodling.. and then this! Well heh, I'm not too pleased with it but it'll do lol. 14 layers! Lugia was all done in Photoshop while the clouds and most of the sea was done in Corel Painter 9.

As you can probably guess, it's Lugia roaming his territory of both sea and sky! I really hate how the water came out and feel free to crit on anything else that's wrong here, I'd like to see if others can spot the same mistakes as I can.
