As commissioned by :iconlegendary-protector: and made with love for my birdy! This was meant to be at 1024x768 but I was so excited about the water I'd created, I hadn't realised I had selected 800x600 by accident! BAH!!!! jsdfklsjd gsrj io;gsejrioh Anyway, it didn't take too long, I was just going away at it naturally, probably because it's me and Lugia, my fav subject XD
I did work VERY hard on it though!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My wings hurt to be honest.. bleh. Hope everyone thinks it's good enough to be paid for.
